We had the pleasure of Luis Diego as our guide in Costa Rica, he was Amazing, he has an amazing knowledge of everything, history, animals, plants, geography- you name it”. Whatever you want he makes it happened, we are already planning a return trip and be with Luis Diego the entire time.

Travelling with Tico Rides was such a wonderful experience for us. They were reliable; always on time, and so knowledgeable about the areas we were passing through. It made the travels interesting and fun. We felt safe and well cared for with Tico Rides, it is the only way we would travel while in Costa Rica! Thank you again for everything you helped us with on the way to Ojochal!

We want to thank you for sharing your beautiful country with us. For ten days you were the perfect guide - patient, informative, humorous, and always a gentleman. We appreciate the numerous unscheduled stops to spot elusive birds and animals and to sample local delicacies at roadside stands. Luis: Tonight is our last together and I wanted to take a moment to say tank you. I’m sure I speak for all of us in saying that your kidness to us was greatly appresiated, you are an exellent representative of your beautiful country Costa Rica. Your knowledge of people, animals, plants and places was imprisive. Your willingness to accomodate us was matches by you oun eagerness for adventure, obviously you can not learn everything about a person on a country in one week but we know so much more about Costa Rica and I tink in one week time we have learned that your grand parents did a wonderful job of raising you, we are all better for knowing you and I hope you are able to take something from us that will make you smile or laugh out loud and remember those 6 americans from Georgia, New York and Wisconsin.

Getting Luis to drive us from San Jose to Dominical was the smartest thing we did all trip. Not only would we of never found our destination we might not of made it thru the rain and mudslides. Our tour the next day to Quepos was well planned and we had a great time.

After our wedding in Manuel Antonio, Tico Rides came highly recommended to help us travel the country for our honeymoon. Diego and his drivers (Leo & Rapheal) were wonderful. They gave us a fair price, were very professional, and always on time. They taught us a lot of new things about Costa Rica, stopped to let us eat and take pictures, and made sure we were always comfortable. I even watched a DVD in one of his luxury vans on a long night drive back to San Jose! I highly recommend doing business with Tico Rides and will only use them for our future travels to Costa Rica. Thank you for everything, Diego!

Luis, Thanks for helping make this trip with our family one that we will remember forever. Rhett (5) and Merritt (3) have been talking about the monkeys, toucans, cuati, sloth, poison dart frog, the dolphins, the snorkeling, the zip line rainforest tour non-stop since we got back. Rhett’s only disappointments were not getting to see a vampire bat or a jaguar, but he remembers that you told him that maybe after 5 trips to CR we may see one. Which means that we’ll be back, and we’ll be calling you again and again! Merritt’s only disappointment was that you didn’t come back home with us. She didn’t understand why your family wouldn’t be OK with you staying at our house for a while :). Anyway, we really appreciate your professionalism, knowledge, personality, and friendship. We look forward to seeing you again. Hasta luego.
